This may not be suitable for long trips or napping. The frame of the Xplore wagon feels solid and sturdy but it doesn't bend as much as some other wagons we have tried. It scored well in our Strollers and Multiples Test for its weight and folded dimensions. This means it's lightweight, compact when folded, and easy to carry and put in a trunk for your car. It also offers a multi-position reclining seat and a cup holder for the parent. Other features of note include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels, as well as two large hanging storage bags. It performed better in our push and turn test than many of the other strollers we tested, but it is nonetheless difficult to maneuver on uneven ground or through narrow doors. The sunshades on it were among the smallest strollers we test. They only cover the top of the stroller and don't have windows that peek out. Despite this being quite a narrow pushchair it handled the everyday bumps with ease and was able to pass through doorways without fuss. The front wheels are able to be locked in a forward position, or they can rotate. This is useful when navigating rough terrain. On our walk along the stony path we let them swivel and it performed well, though it did appear a little bumpier than others in our test. 5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2 Baby Jogger is known for their 3-wheeler, all-terrain pushchairs for jogging, but they also offer a great selection of 4-wheel strollers. City Tour 2 is their most well-known model. It is simple to fold and can fit in the car's boot even with a carrycot attached. It's a little heavier than other strollers that we tested but the wheels are rubber composite, which makes it feel well-built and durable. It is able to maneuver effortlessly across all kinds of terrain, and it's also a breeze to lift, even when loaded with two children and a shopping bag. Both the seat and carrycot have hoods that can be lowered to reveal a UV50+ sun canopy extension. They are sturdy and waterproof, in contrast to other prams hoods which can be blown back into toddlers' faces. It's not a lot of storage space but it has a large basket deep enough to hold a change bag or a large amount of groceries. It can also be connected with a Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a travel system for babies as big as 20 lb (car seat and adapters are sold separately). The City Tour 2 is a good choice if you want to take a stroller on the move. 6. Nuna Mixx Next When the Nuna Mixx first rolled onto the scene, it instantly captured the hearts of parents across the world. It's an aluminum-framed stroller that can be used from the baby's first days to beyond. It comes with a variety of distinctive features like the ability to flip the seat to be parent-facing and the world, a large UPF 50+ canopy that has an eye-shade that flips out, a spacious basket and adjustable handlebar. The chassis has a built-in suspension system that reduces the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are constructed from tough foam and minimise punctures. It was easy to push and our test driver was able to maneuver the car through tight streets. It folds down in four easy steps and automatically locks with no fuss. It can also be folded and repositioned for easy transport down the stairs, or in the trunk of the car. They also work with flip-flops. 7. Babyzen Duet This budget pushchair is simple to operate and features a great dual suspension. It folds with one hand and comes with a convenient carrying strap. It's also super lightweight and durable. The seat can be reclined into many different positions. It also has a double-breathable mattress that is suitable for infants. The canopy/seat comes with two extra-large fixed or flip out sun visors and both are UPF50+. However the toggle closure isn't perfect it's not as quiet as Velcro and can wake sleepy babies. The Duet is a side-by-side stroller and can be adapted to take twins or siblings (up to 22kg maximum per seat). It's compatible with two infant car seats and can be used with carrycots. In twin-mode, the seats can be facing each other or can rotate around to face their parents, potentially cutting down on sibling disputes over who sits with mom and dad. It has a huge gear tray, bottle holder as well as snack trays and the ability to change mats. It also has an automated frame lock as well as a compact fold. 8.
